General Transportation Policies

The following policies apply to both the Stoke Shuttle and Private Transfers.

The roads in and out of Revelstoke can often experience significant snowfall during the winter season. Everything Revelstoke is not responsible for road closures or delays caused by weather or other events that are out of our control.

Everything Revelstoke does not assume responsibility for costs associated with traffic and/or weather delays. Please ensure you schedule adequate travel time between Revelstoke and Kelowna for your return flight. We recommend you purchase interruption insurance to cover any additional costs associated with delays.

Pets are not permitted with the exception of service dogs. Please contact Everything Revelstoke in advance if you will be travelling with a service dog.

Parents or guardians travelling with children are responsible for providing their own child car seats or booster seats.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellations made 48 hours outside the scheduled departure time are 100% refundable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure time are non-refundable.

Changes made to an itinerary within 48 hours prior to departure are dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations must be received by telephone or email and confirmed in writing.

Luggage

Skis, snowboards, and bikes must be properly packaged for transport (bikes must be in boxes).

Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with over-sized luggage (or special luggage such as musical instruments).

Stoke Shuttle drivers will load guest’s luggage for them. However, it is your responsibility to keep track of your luggage and ensure the driver has loaded and unloaded all luggage pieces.

There may be additional costs to transport luggage that has been lost or delayed by the airline.

Passenger Behaviour

All passengers must adhere to our COVID-19 Safety Plan.

Seat Belts must be worn at all times, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you are wearing your seatbelt.

The consumption of alcohol is not permitted by law on any commercial vehicle.

Everything Revelstoke Shuttle Drivers reserve the right to refuse entry to the shuttle. Intoxication or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your trip or booking being cancelled with no refund.

Stoke Shuttle Policies

Kelowna to Revelstoke

Your flight must arrive 45 minutes prior to shuttle departure time.

Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to shuttle departure

Stoke Shuttle departures from the Kelowna Airport or Revelstoke Hotels will occur at the scheduled times listed. Drivers are not able to wait for late arrivals, luggage, etc.

Upon arrival at Kelowna Airport, please collect your luggage and make your way to the meeting point at WHITE SPOT LOUNGE by the White Spot Restaurant.

Revelstoke to Kelowna

Please allow for three (3) hours travel time from the last scheduled departure in Revelstoke (Best Western and Sandman Hotel) to the Kelowna Airport.

Additionally, passengers should plan to arrive at the airport two (2) hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time for international and domestic flights.

Please be ready fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. Have luggage with you ready to load, not in the hotel luggage storage area.

Stoke Shuttle Departures from hotels will occur at the scheduled times listed. A total of 45 minutes is allocated to do all the pick-ups in Revelstoke. Please pay attention to your pick-up time. Drivers are unable to wait for passengers who are not ready for the scheduled departure time.

Minimum Passengers

Shuttles run on a minimum of 2 people on each of the outbound and inbound legs

If the minimum number of passengers for the Stoke Shuttle is not met, Everything Revelstoke will contact guests 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure to discuss alternative options.

Luggage

Passengers are permitted two (2) pieces of luggage plus one (1) carry-on piece of luggage.  There will be a $20.00 charge for each additional piece of luggage.

Private Transfer Policies

Airport Pick-Ups

The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all guests pick-up their luggage and proceed to the meet location in a timely manner. In the event passengers are not ready and the departure is delayed more than thirty (30) minutes, there will be a $50.00 charge for each additional thirty (30) minutes, or portion thereof.

Hotel Pick-Ups

Everything Revelstoke will arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for private transfers. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all guests are ready fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to allow time for luggage loading and ensure an on-time departure. In the event passengers are not ready and the departure is delayed more than thirty (30) minutes, there will be a $50.00 charge for each additional thirty (30) minutes, or portion thereof.

Luggage

Luggage is not limited per person, rather the capacity paid for. Each seat is limited to two (2) pieces of luggage plus one (1) carry-on piece of luggage.  There will be a $20.00 charge for each additional piece of luggage. Should an additional trailer be required, this is billed at $125 per trip.

Unscheduled Stops

In the event that an unscheduled stop is requested, an additional $50.00 charge will be added to the cost of the private transfer per 30-minute period.

Scheduled Stops

Scheduled stops for groceries or otherwise can be accommodated on request. Stops are billed at $50 per half hour with a minimum 60 minute period.

General Policies

Refunds will not be issued to guests who are denied admission into Canada.

It is the guest’s responsibility to check their itinerary and confirm all information is correct.

It is the guest’s responsibility to arrive at the dates and times outlined in the confirmation notice, and as per the guidelines above.

There will be no refunds or re-scheduling for guests who do not arrive on time or are not properly equipped for their activity.

Please ensure you have adequate travel and interruption insurance and proper medical coverage prior to travelling to Revelstoke.

In the event of circumstances out of our control, Everything Revelstoke reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice. Everything Revelstoke will make a best effort to reschedule the booking. If a suitable time cannot be found, a refund will be offered, but under no circumstances will Everything Revelstoke be responsible for the guests’ inconvenience or travel expenses.

Everything Revelstoke rates do not include a driver gratuity. Customers wishing to show their appreciation for excellent customer service may do so by way of a gratuity. If you wish to include a gratuity, please let us know. A gratuity can be added prior to or following the day of travel. The traditional rate to use for gratuities in Canada is approximately fifteen percent (15%).

Everything Revelstoke is not responsible for the misconduct of another person or company while using our services.

Payment Policies

All services must be paid in full at time of booking.

A 25% deposit must be paid to guarantee quoted pricing.

Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash and cheque (subject to adequate time prior to the activity or travel date).

Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

Fares and schedules are subject to change.

Package Policies

Cancellations made greater than fourteen 14 days prior to departure are 100% refundable less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 8-13 days prior to the departure date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations within seven (7) days of departure are non-refundable.

Changes made to a reservation less than seven (7) days prior to the departure date are dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Unaccompanied Children

Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Unaccompanied children 14 to 16 years old, must be met at their destination by an adult who is at least eighteen (18) years old.
