Revelstoke Air / Pacific Coastal Airlines (Code share service)

We have partnered with Pacific Coastal Airlines for our air services from Vancouver to Revelstoke for the 2017 ski season. All ground handling and check in at YVR is managed and operated by Pacific Coastal Airlines who are based at the Vancouver South Terminal. We are pleased to offer complimentary shuttle service between the Vancouver South Terminal and Main Terminal at YVR.

In Revelstoke, all ground handling is managed by Everything Revelstoke, including your transfer service from the terminal to your Revelstoke lodging.

Check-in Time

Pacific Coastal Airlines operates from the South Terminal of the Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Guests should check in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time with appropriate government issued identification. Please click on the following links for additional information.

Failure to check-in at least 20 minutes before departure time may result in cancellation of your entire reservation.

Minimum Connecting Time

In Vancouver, passengers are advised to allow a minimum check-in of 1.5 hours for domestic to domestic flights.

A minimum  check-in of 2 hours for domestic to international/USA and vice-versa as you will transit between YVR Main Terminal & YVR South Terminal by a frequent complimentary 10-minute shuttle bus . It is also recommended to check with your connecting airline for any additional rules.

For Vancouver bound passengers Please collect all of your baggage prior to boarding the shuttle to YVR Main Terminal.

Identity Screening Regulations

As per Transport Canada, Identity Screening Regulations require all passengers must present the following ID at check-in and before boarding:

  • one piece of valid government-issued PHOTO ID that shows name, date of birth,  or
  • two pieces of valid government-issued ID (without a photo) one of which shows your date of birth
  • the name on the identification must match the name that has been booked.


Checked luggage is limited to 50lbs per person, including ski luggage. You are also permitted a 15lb carryon. We are unable to accept any luggage over the weight limit; if the total weight of your checked baggage and your ski gear is over 50lbs, we recommend renting high-performance skis, which we can organize for you. on the Beechcraft 1900 due to tight restrictions for weight allowance when flying into and out of airports located in the mountains. There is no option to pay for excess baggage. Luggage will be stored at YVR airport for you to collect on your inbound flight (fees apply). Revelstoke Airport does not have the facility to store luggage. We recommend you rent High-Performance Skis at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, we have reduced rates available in our activities section.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due at the time of booking and all flights are 100% non-transferable and non-refundable. Please re-confirm your flights 24 hours prior to your departure at 250-837-5044 or 888-569-1969.

We will require a cell phone and emergency contact number. Should there be a change in our flight plan due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified by one of our staff.

No-show policy/Cancellation/Delay:

Failure to cancel a reservation in advance of check-in and not showing up for your flight will result in forfeiture of payment for that segment and subsequent flights will be cancelled. No credit will be offered.

Pacific Coastal Airlines is not responsible for your missed connections.

Flights may not be put “on hold” to wait for late-arriving passengers as departure and arrival times are carefully managed by airports and ground handling. Departures from Revelstoke must be 30 minutes before sundown. Should the weather not allow our plane to depart from Revelstoke, we will shuttle you to Salmon Arm, you will be contacted on the day of travel should an earlier pick up from your hotel need to be arranged.

Stoke Shuttle/Private Transfer

Upon arrival at Kelowna Airport, please collect your luggage and make your way to the WHITE SPOT LOUNGE, which is the ski meet up area – our dispatch office is open 830am to 830pm at 888-569-1969

All services must be paid in full upon booking and are 100% non refundable within 48 hours of travel, please ensure you have adequate travel and interruption insurance to cover any loss or additional costs as we are not responsible for delay.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Reservations made via phone or online require VISA or MasterCard  payment to secure your reservation. Reservations made in our downtown office can also be paid with cash or debit.

Receipt of a confirmation number and payment is a confirmed booking.

Stoke Shuttle Minimum Numbers  – We require a combined minimum of 4 adults booked to run each shuttle; we try our best to be as accommodating as possible and we will combine inbound and outbound shuttles where possible if numbers are low in order to try to accommodate everyone. All bookings must be made 48 hours in advance, shuttles do not run if there are no seats booked in advance.

Private transfers – Full payment is due at the time of booking and are 100% non refundable 7 days before travel, please ensure you have adequate travel and interruption insurance to cover loss and additional costs.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, Child rates for Stoke Shuttle are 0-5 Free, 6-17 $49.

We reserve the right to levy a surcharge subject to current economic conditions.

Cancellation/Transfer Policies

Kelowna Airport Shuttle – 49 hours + prior to departure = 100% refundable minus $10.50 cancellation fee per person; 0-48 hours prior to departure = 0% refundable.

Private Transfers – 7+ days prior to departure = 50% refundable, 7 days prior to departure = 0% refundable.

Activities – Dependant on each individual activity, please see each individual activity for terms and conditions relating to cancelation policies.

Kelowna Airport transfers are transferable as long as minimum numbers are met on both the original and the requested shuttle within the same season, and that the change has been made 49+ hours before shuttle departure. Inside of 48 hours it can be transferred to a shuttle in that same week.

Purchasing trip cancellation insurance from your insurance provider is recommended.

Please be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. Departures from the airport and hotels are prompt at the scheduled times listed due to airport policy. Drivers are unable to wait for late arrivals, luggage, etc.

Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on, anything above and beyond is $20/bag. All skis, snowboards and bikes must be properly packaged for transport (bikes must be in boxes). Please inform us before had of any over-sized luggage (or special luggage such as musical instruments).

Travellers without reservations may be accommodated on a stand-by basis, subject to seat availability. Payment must be made with Visa, and MasterCard over the phone at 888-569-1969

Return trips must be booked at the same time, pricing is not applicable if trips are booked separately.

Pets are not permitted with the exception of service dogs which require confirmation before pick-up. All animals must travel in a sutible crate supplied by the owner and each animal will be charged a child rate.

Everything Revelstoke Shuttle Drivers reserve the right to refuse entry to the shuttle. Intoxication or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result your booking being cancelled on the spot with no refund. We are happy to say this has never happened by it’s in here just in case!

No Alcohol is to be consumed on the shuttle.

Private Transfers – The cost of service is specific to your pick up time. Any waiting period will be charged at $100 per hour after the first half hour in vehicles up to 21 seats. price increases for larger coaches.

Our drivers will load your luggage for you however it is you responsibility to make sure the driver has loaded and unloaded your luggage upon departure and arrival. Additional costs will be levied to transport lost luggage.

Everything Revelstoke is not responsible for road closures or delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable factors. The roads in and out of Revelstoke experience high snow fall 6 months of the year and thus delays are unfortunately uncontrollable.

Seat Belts must be warn at all times, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you are wearing your seatbelt and if travelling with children you are responsible for providing your own child seats.
