Reservations made via phone or online require VISA or MasterCard payment to secure your reservation. Reservations made in our downtown office can also be paid with cash or or a credit card.
Receipt of a confirmation number and payment is a confirmed booking.
Stoke Shuttle Minimum Numbers – We require a combined minimum of 2 adults booked to run each shuttle; we try our best to be as accommodating as possible and we will combine inbound and outbound shuttles where possible if numbers are low in order to try to accommodate everyone. All bookings must be made 48 hours in advance, shuttles do not run if there are no seats booked in advance.
Private transfers – Full payment is due at the time of booking and are 100% non refundable 7 days before travel, please ensure you have adequate travel and interruption insurance to cover loss and additional costs.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, Child rates for Stoke Shuttle are 0-5 Free, 6-17 $49.
We reserve the right to levy a surcharge subject to current economic conditions.
Kelowna Airport Shuttle – 49 hours + prior to departure = 100% refundable minus $10.50 cancellation fee per person; 0-48 hours prior to departure = 0% refundable.
Private Transfers – 7+ days prior to departure = 50% refundable, 7 days prior to departure = 0% refundable.
Activities – Dependant on each individual activity, please see each individual activity for terms and conditions relating to cancelation policies.
Kelowna Airport transfers are transferable as long as minimum numbers are met on both the original and the requested shuttle within the same season, and that the change has been made 49+ hours before shuttle departure. Inside of 48 hours it can be transferred to a shuttle in that same week.
Purchasing trip cancellation insurance from your insurance provider is recommended.
Please be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. Departures from the airport and hotels are prompt at the scheduled times listed due to airport policy. Drivers are unable to wait for late arrivals, luggage, etc.
Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on, anything above and beyond is $20/bag. All skis, snowboards and bikes must be properly packaged for transport (bikes must be in boxes). Please inform us before had of any over-sized luggage (or special luggage such as musical instruments).
Travellers without reservations may be accommodated on a stand-by basis, subject to seat availability. Payment must be made with Visa, and MasterCard over the phone at 888-569-1969
Return trips must be booked at the same time, pricing is not applicable if trips are booked separately.
Pets are not permitted with the exception of service dogs which require confirmation before pick-up. All animals must travel in a sutible crate supplied by the owner and each animal will be charged a child rate.
Everything Revelstoke Shuttle Drivers reserve the right to refuse entry to the shuttle. Intoxication or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result your booking being cancelled on the spot with no refund. We are happy to say this has never happened by it’s in here just in case!
No Alcohol is to be consumed on the shuttle.
Private Transfer Airport Pick-Ups – The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all guests pick-up their luggage and proceed to the meet location in a timely manner. In the event passengers are not ready and the departure is delayed more than thirty (30) minutes, there will be a $50.00 charge for each additional thirty (30) minutes, or portion thereof.
Private Transfer Hotel Pick-Ups – Everything Revelstoke will arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for private transfers. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all guests are ready fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to allow time for luggage loading and ensure an on-time departure. In the event passengers are not ready and the departure is delayed more than thirty (30) minutes, there will be a $50.00 charge for each additional thirty (30) minutes, or portion thereof.
Private Transfer Unscheduled Stops – In the event that an additional unscheduled stop is requested, an additional $50.00 charge will be added to the cost of the private transfer.
Our drivers will load your luggage for you however it is you responsibility to make sure the driver has loaded and unloaded your luggage upon departure and arrival. Additional costs will be levied to transport lost luggage.
Everything Revelstoke is not responsible for road closures or delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable factors. The roads in and out of Revelstoke experience high snow fall 6 months of the year and thus delays are unfortunately uncontrollable.
Seat Belts must be warn at all times, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you are wearing your seatbelt and if travelling with children you are responsible for providing your own child seats.

Cancellations made greater than fourteen 14 days prior to departure are 100% refundable less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 8-13 days prior to the departure date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within seven (7) days of departure are non-refundable.
Changes made to a reservation less than seven (7) days prior to the departure date are dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are responsible to check their itinerary and confirm all information is correct.
Guests are responsible to arrive at the dates and times outlined in the confirmation notice, and as per the guidelines above.
There will be no refunds or re-scheduling for guests who do not arrive on time or are not properly equipped for their activity.
Please ensure you have adequate travel and interruption insurance and proper medical coverage prior to travelling to Revelstoke.
Refunds will not be issued to guests who are denied admission into Canada.
Everything Revelstoke reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice. Everything Revelstoke will make a best effort to reschedule the booking. If a suitable time cannot be found, a refund will be offered, but under no circumstances will Everything Revelstoke be responsible for the guests’ inconvenience or travel expenses.
Everything Revelstoke rates do not include a driver gratuity. Customers wishing to show their appreciation for excellent customer service by way of a gratuity. If you wish to include a gratuity, please let us know. A gratuity can be added prior to of following the day of travel. The traditional rate to use for gratuities in Canada is approximately fifteen percent (15%).
Everything Revelstoke is not responsible for the misconduct of another person or company while using our services.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Unaccompanied children 14 to 16 years old, must be met at their destination by an adult who is at least eighteen (18) years old.

To guarantee quoted pricing, full payment is required within fourteen (14) calendar days of the quote.
